iCloud only saves data between your devices. There’s no way to share to other people’s devices.

I don’t get what the problem is? Seven seconds is ages. Mac users have always had “until the end of the chime” to press whatever key combo is required, which is about a second. Also: my Macbook Pro booted in 5 seconds after I installed an OCZ SSD in it (and before I installed Server, which roughly doubled the boot time. Kids: don’t install Server on things that aren’t servers. Did you know you can’t uninstall that shit? Ridiculous.)

Not at all. Many concerts are mixed in stereo. Lots of EDM acts, for instance. The stereo field is sort of inherently not super wide since there’s lots of people standing in different parts of the arena but it’s still useful.

Maybe because what they said is completely accurate? Chrome is Google’s closed-source fork of Chromium. Safari is Apple’s closed-source fork of WebKit. Both include proprietary components – not just the PDF reader and Flash, by the way; as was pointed out, the Google account integration is also part of Chrome but not part of Chromium. The point is that they are related but entirely separate applications.

Apple are completely within their rights to post code to the WebKit project that is covered by their patents. They relinquish copyright, not all intellectual property rights.

I’m sitting here with a 3.5" display counting 960×640 pixels. 158ppi no longer counts as “high resolution”.
