blah blah blah … Google is the bad guys and Apple/Microsoft/Yahoo… are the good guys.
We get it, you need to find a way to justify the fact that you’re not using the awesome free Google services.

American content copyrights are given to the country copyright holders to make money from it and give some back to americans.
People pirate any content they want and cannot get from an easy-to-use-not-too-expensive legal offer.
Whether it’s american content or not is irrelevant to them.

HADOPI cost 10 of millions of Euros per year to the French tax payers … the music industry would need to sell a s**t load of Justin Bieber CDs to make up for this in taxes.

They are not obsessed with only Microsoft, they are also obsessed with every other company doing non-free software (yes, that includes Apple, Oracle…).
The world would be a better place if everyone was using free-software.
“Live and let live” is such a bad moto.
Anyone who has issue with his conscience is using it to justify what he is not doing to improve the world.
“yeah sure, I give soda to my children so they stop asking me for it … let them get fat and live a miserable life”

Smartwatches are just not really interesting … looking down at your watch or your smartphone is the same.
Yes, maybe people have been doing it for a while but it doesn’t make it good.
Once Glass goes mainstream, this smartwatches will look silly.

Of course people are going to ask about a new peace of technology that you are using in front of them… just like with the firsts smartphones and tablets… people are curious to know what can you do with it that they can’t do with what they currently have.

How about email? Just plain standard email to communicate with any connected device on earth.
iMessage is only for Apple hardware user so you obviously can’t use it with, at least, your non-rich friends.
Facebook Messenger and Google Hangout are free and available on 99% of the connected devices but they require you to create a [free] account … still, you have to pay for a data plan to use it on your phone.
In the end, you’re left with SMS.
What a sad world we live in…
