preference in screen types(i prefer AMOLED myself), removable/expandable battery, and expandable storage.
slightly bigger screen with same footprint.
doesn’t like cold ass metal in the winter/hot ass metal in the summer?
umm…prefers the way to flash kernels?( ODIN/Mobile ODIN vs whatever HTC uses?)
And lastly, brand preference?

sure, if you have a good to great data plan. I only have the $10/month h2o 200 minutes(trying to cut down on bills) plan so having on board storage for music video and audio books is very necessary.

jailbreaking is only simple because they release tools to make it simple. I’m sure if you had to do the command line work and exploit finding you wouldn’t think jailbreaking is simple.

I get a 2% raise on July 1st…my health care costs go up 6% on July 1st.
Not a 1:1 dollar valuation but it’s just a fucking kick in the dick. Here’s your raise, oh we raised your insurance too.

I’ll give an example.
I work OT quite a bit, my first 5 OT shifts ( 40 hours) equal out to 180 per shift after taxes.
The next 5 OT shifts for that pay period( at 80 hours of OT now) equal out to 120 per shift after taxes.
I make 300 less for the second week of OT compared to the first week.
I don’t really mind because it takes enough out that I don’t end up owing at the end of the year, but it’s always a close margin( I usually only get 100 to 300 back in federal, sometimes owe very little.)

Got a quote on whether or not you have to buy multiple licenses? Because that quote above specifically states “that xbox live account” meaning a single gamertag.

That’s true, but I think they had the option of keeping the links private, so a majority of the files on there weren’t marked, therefore they were meant for sharing.

Sounds like he just confirmed that the download price will be retail.
If your friend decides that he really likes to play that game, then he can go buy it instantly, and it doesn’t need to download again. It’s already there. Once he’s paid for it, it’s immediately there.
I mean why would they give that person a discount? There’s absolutely no reason for that person to receive a discount because they didn’t actually physically purchase the game. Otherwise, I’d rent every game I wanted to buy and just pay the discounted price.
As for the confusing part, it’s not really confusing. If you’re a household of multiple gamertags, you’re going to have to buy multiple licenses. Which sucks. I understand it but there’s no reason why a game couldn’t be tied to the gamertag AND console. The console part would only take precedent when multiple profiles are installed on the hard drive.
In the end it’s all conjecture until E3 or later. I hope I’m wrong about how they will handle multiple gamertags in the household, it doesn’t affect me now but maybe later on it will.

I like my Kinect for pretty much only the voice commands. I bought a few of the party games and they work OK, but the limitations in tracking more than one person at a time is what makes them suck. The demo of Kinect 2.0 tracking 6 people really has my hopes up as the games are fun to play(especially while enjoying “beverages”) and I am hoping for awesome integration like your example.
Another cool idea is with something like Forza or Nascar, your pit crew talks to you and you talk back. Would really bring you that much more into the game. Of course they could do something like that with a regular headset now so maybe I’m a minority that thinks that would be cool.

Mother in law bought the HD 8.9 and she loves it. Especially the x-ray feature. Plus the HDMI out. I played with it for a little bit and it’s not a bad tablet. I got bored with the carousal launcher fairly quickly but to someone who never used Android she doesn’t know any better.
