Nokia music also has an app for Windows 8 and RT. Also, I think they are considering apps for other platforms and/or web app also.

And they posted the picture of the phone which shows that the 928 is a different design, different shape and different material probably(aluminum vs polycarbonate).
Still they wonder what is different?

Doesn’t matter what they used in ads. Everyone does that.
It’s about whether the real-life reality lives up to the ad’s claims.
In Nokia’s case they did. Can’t say that for others.
