from the video:
“they’ve also added a new multi-connector at the bottom, so it doesn’t plug in via usb anymore, but you can still add maybe one of those chat keyboards if you’d like to”
what.

I wish Apple wouldn’t bake in any specific services, but give app developers the ability to do it themselves, and then let users control it.
Also, Vimeo is not a place for crappy handheld videos, vimeo focuses on indie projects, shorts, quality, creativity, more of a community of filmmakers. Direct posting from the iphone camera roll goes against pretty much all that has kept that site unique and good.

Oh man after looking at the new controller, seeing the original 360 controller at the top looks so much better. Not sure why they beefed up the top of it, looks awkwardly placed and the two tone shiny material is strange. New d-pad is nice however.

I honestly don’t see this taking off beyond novelty devices, and by the Bluetooth headset wearing goons. Will it sell, a bit, will people be wearing them casually all the time, no.

I wish Nintendo would become a software company. Ditch the gimmick controllers, ditch the dated hardware, develop their first party titles for true next gen consoles that people want.

I know I don’t have to use it, but the fact that a ‘share’ button even exists on the controller is annoying. This is no differnt than a ‘post to facebook, post to reddit, post to twitter’ button on every app or site. It’s 1% for the user, 99% marketing for the company. Most people don’t want to send gaming highlights to their friends all the time. It’s something they could build into the main popup menu, but they’re literally dedicating a button to it? Obnoxious. Thought the dozens and dozens of ads cluttering the homescreen was bad enough.

Microsoft sold official wired 360 controllers. It’s what I use. Love the controller design, hate dealing with batteries/charging. I can also use it with my computer, and I think it was actually 10-15 bucks cheaper.
