Does the Apple patent look like Ipad? Not really. Where is the home botton? Where is the camera? The bezel seems to be quite thiner than Ipad.
Does the Apple patent look like the 1994 Fidler? Quite similar. Bezel size are simlar (except for the top part). Ratio seems to be simlar. Same simple design. I beleive that, you would know what I mean if you see the whole Youtube video clip ‘Tablet Newspapers 1994’, Ipad does exactly what 1994 Filder intended to do. Hence the prior art stands, IMHO.
Does the Apple patent look like Galaxy Tab? It does look like tablets before IPad, not this Galaxy Tab. Galaxy Tab borrowed their own design from Samsung Digital Photo Frame 2006, I think.
Does Galaxy Tab look like Ipad? No, except for the glass top covering bezel. I havent seen those two? Yes, I bought Ipad 2 myself over Galaxy Tab 10.1 (+1 for my mother-in-law who bought two Ipad 2 for her other grand children) and they were really different. Ratio difference only would qulify each uniqniess.
