Dude just sign up for it. As a Spotify Premium user for the last year GMusic blows Spotify away. But here are some answers
2) 10 . I know this because the app actually made me deauthorize some old devices before allowing me to sign in.
3) Not sure if there a public playlist section. you can"share’ your playlist so it has to be an option.

Liking it so far. One huge obstacle that will prevent me from cancelling Spotify premium: If Im at a friends house I can easily sign in to Spotify on their device with exposing ALL my Google sign in info. Looks like Google Music will be harder to share without completely logging in on the phone.
