I explored the porn, but I can get porn anywhere. It seems great for people who like to pretend to be fictions characters and are into very, very, very niche things. It’s a great digital journal for reblogging funny, ironic pictures. As far as a social network, where I can connect with people, share what I like and communicate with people in a fun, easy way…not really. Maybe I’m just not cool enough.

The “homepage” or “front page” of the internet is Reddit. I don’t use Reddit but I did have a Tumblr account for some time before I deleted it. Maybe I’m just too old (22 and already over the hill, I guess) but I just didn’t get it. Gifs of iCarly or some other tween show…yeah. Pass.

You know what else bothers me? The fact that The Verge is in English. I mean, what about the countries that don’t speak English? The Verge is clearly alienating them. How dare they treat their global visitors this way!

I never got it on my Facebook timeline on my Mac but I get it quite often on my iPhone. I’m gay though, so that’s probably why they are giving me that ad, of course I’m annoyed that I’m marketed to by using half naked men and I am not certainly not the type of person to join a gay social networking site.
