I dunno, I just think it’s douchey from Nintendo’s part, considering Riot Games (League of Legends), Valve, Notch (Minecraft) and several other devs allow you to do LPs and get money off of it. As a gamer who watches LPs daily, I don’t see the harm. If the person really wants to play the game, they’ll buy it. I dunno.
Also, doesn’t Machinima have the license to play Nintendo games and still get a profit out of it?
