Not yet.. I’m in KC, but it isnt in my area yet per say.. It will be though, and I know all about it if you have a question. Although I cant give any real world usage statistics.

I’d buy a One.. and leave it stock. You will be happy.
Your battery life reports are incorrect.
Any additional features the s4 has are software.. And things you’d probably turn off after a week.Then you have the cheapo feel of a samsung. Coming from an iPhone, you really shouldn’t be considering anything but HTC.

If Apple were to win a case that took away Google Now.. People wouldn’t just go buy iPhones. It would be completely the opposite. People would do whatever they could to destroy them.
Plus, HTC can’t get sued by apple. So I guess they’d win.

They are gaining market share.. They didn’t sell 5 million phones in quarter one. But they’ve already done it in two months of quarter 2. Samsung still has the most of course.. But they don’t need to beat samsung this year. They just need to beat all the other android oem’s. Which they are doing.

If I turn beats off on my HTC One, its actually louder. But at high volumes doesn’t sound as good. Its just the difference between being run through an equalizer or not..
Running stock android, on the One. It just sounds exactly like it does with it off on a Sense rom.
Luckily.. In this case, the beats isn’t just an equalizer, and includes the amplifiers for the stereo speakers, and a dedicated amp for the headphones. Which is more then you can say for any other phone. So.. Not really sure what you’re complaining about.

HTC said no phones with less then 1gb of ram will get ics, like two years ago.. Should have been no surprises when the OG evo is still on gingerbread.
Although there was so much development for the evo, you could easily load up whatever you want in under 20 minutes.
They improved upon the original evo with the evoLTE, and now they’ve managed to trump that even.
You shouldn’t have to look to far for the answer to the problems.. “My Sister”
Let me guess.. Has 4g running constantly. When back then it wasn’t meant to be. Turn it on when you use it, turn it off when you’re not.

Who cares that they weren’t selling any phones when their flagship was 10 months old. And sony and lg had just released their new phones.When the numbers for quarter 2 come out. HTC will be a ways ahead of lg, sony, and zte. Fact.

They had the first 4g phone… period. Then they had the first LTE 4g phone… period. If you’re the first to do something, you pioneered it.
And they have patents that coincide with said 4g technologies.
Aside from that.. Why does it matter what patents they have?? Why are we even talking patents.
A couple employees leaving or being fired.. Not a big deal.
Lets see where HTC’s numbers are after this quarter shall we. I guarantee you they will be greater then lg, sony, and zte’s.

I will add that this process came early last year, with the onex and evo lte. And hasn’t changed.
