apart from tech junkies nobody cares which generation is built in. and even for me, a C2D is fine enough most of the time. especially on a tablet i don´t need more power….
it will be pretty much expensive (considering, what a much less feature like voyage is priced…) and not allowed during exams and so on. so i don´t see really the benefit.
beside that, for me the most important capabiltiy of a calculator is, that it is robust! i don´t wanna think a lot when i put the thing in my backpack.
