I think that’s only when using the back pocket. As far as I know glossy white doesn’t have this issue.
My HOX has no issue and I only where blue jeans.

Yeah, by October we should have more Nexus devices in the pipeline, new iPhone on the shelves, and several LGs.
Still to be seen whether Samsung and HTC will keep to having one flagship however.

Samsung would not do that as it would be confusing for the end user.
Of course if you’re a modder then any point is moot and the possibilities are endless.

They’ll just use a soft key bar ala the One X with the menu key. Not really a disadvantage as you get more screen real estate with apps just using the back button.

I was definitely in the HTC camp but fell to Samsung with the Nexus S. It was a good phone but just not as well built as my Nexus One I had prior.

Felt the same way, plus it doesn’t hurt that the One X can be had for $150-$200 less than SGS3 preorders right now.

I’m not Vlad, but I like Sense’s implementation. As a software developer, when the API deprecates something I don’t expect companies to continue to use it. The HOX follows the ICS guidelines with throwing a softmenu in there for compatibility.
In a year that Menu key on the SGS3 will be extraneous with apps not using it.

They could, Paul just can’t ASK for internet content. I emailed Paul my physical address and SHOULD I get a card from him with his address I’m planning on printing out COPIOUS amounts of theverge and mailing it to him.
muhahahahaha… If I discover the means, I may tape GIFs onto VHS for him as well. THE INTERNET STRIKES BACK

The only problems I’ve had so far have been older games that I still need to beat aren’t T3 compatible. Notable ones being Nova2 and PvZ.

Nope, the Play came out March of last year and even then the HTC Glacier which came out 4 months prior was faster than that.
The Play should have been released winter 2010, but it was delayed until the following March.

I think this is valid under the bar scenario. He asked to see the game and the bartender went to stream it from the net.

HTC stole it for their One series, and I’ve started to really like it.

Question: Does the AT&T version support USB OTG? That might be a decent alternative. As typically with Android phones app data gets saved to them and hot swapping them may crash apps. Using a USB stick would alleviate that issue.

Ditto. My old boss decreed that we weren’t aloud to use Android’s menu button with app development. He argued it was unintuitive and I couldn’t find a good argument otherwise.

It won’t, a 3rd party task killer runs AFTER the OEM’s settings.
You’d have to change the minfree settings in the kernel.

Word on the street is that 1.29.11 increases this multitasking bug. Don’t know if it’s official (XDA got their hands on the RUU this morning).

Yeah, other carrier branded sets don’t have that problem nor does the straight from HTC Tegra version.

Because CDMA is proprietary. Anyone can go out and buy a GSM compatible chip and sell a device. For a CDMA device to come out, you typically have to partner with someone.
