The fact that the majority of new activations being iPhones tell me that the main people signing up for these plans are poorly informed consumers that don’t know any better. As someone who has worked in wireless sales before it baffles me why anyone (who isn’t a masochist) would voluntarily subject themselves to the terms and conditions of this tyrannical corporation’s terms and conditions.
The only plausible explanation I can think of is that they are simply too ignorant to know any better.
