I don’t think Apple will have much of a case here. What are the potential penalties?

But they never really leveraged their best asset properly – the PS2/3 games etc. They should have had a huge range of Sony only games, classics like MGS1 and so on. PS3 controller support and a HDMI and you’ve a portable PSOne. I would stil buy one in a heartbeat, and I don’t really like their phones.
They could scale the power up in the tablets to process PS2/PS3 games, and give them a USP as well. Never understood wh they didn’t do this.

Then he couldn’t write a click bait headline.
They are not hedging anything, they are covering a segment that they have had super success in over the years that’s about to become much more competitive. If they can get traction with these before Firefox and Ubuntu start pumping out low end phones then they can continue to dominate the sector.
It has fuck all squared to do with hedging bets, or indeed Microsoft, but that wouldn’t read as well, eh Vlad?

Very well pointed out. Vlad never got over making a fool of himself with his N8 review for Engadget. He’s slammed Nokia ever since. LOL.
Seriously, his N9 review was superb but he does seem a little off on it these days. Sharpen up Vlad, you used to be the man!!

Does it not feature a xenon flash? That makes it the only flagship that does, and it makes a hell of a difference.

That’s not much of an argument. There are loads of scenarios where a spare battery is super useful. Chargers are not always available, and swapping in a fully charged battery in ten seconds beats having to tether the phone to a charger on any trip/day out/flight etc. Far more convenient.
There are undoubted benefits to a non replaceable battery – structural rigidity, aesthetics, option to waterproof etc, but charging convenience is certainly not one of them.

Just disable the news feature in the cards settings for Christs sake. Pointless post.
