On Slashgear they were reporting Pretty Excellent battery life. i suspect it might be the same software issue the the One X had.

It could be a software issue just like when the One X first came out, its battery wasn’t very good and HTC issued a quick software upgrade and now it gets great battery life.

Does Samsung have a over abundance of cheap plastic which they stocked up on in inventory in which they need to rid themself of? They must have gotten a good deal on plastic. So now they have enough to make up to the Galay S X in 2019 and after that they will start using quality materials…HTC FTW.
