Like good jazz, this album can be heard over and over again, and the production quality is extremely high. Looking forward to my CD :)

So please do tell us how Windows 8 and Metro is supposed to give us “much faster access to everything” instead of just telling us how dumb we are.
It’s not like Windows XP or Windows 7 are great example of UI designs, but Windows 8 is a disaster, metro is basically useless for any classic desktop use.

True, but the mac os experience would be more intuitive and basic usage would remind more of a classic desktop os. So they would find their heads sooner :-)

Ahh the troll. Thank you for that great list of examples where metro really shows its worth. Win8 is a cluster fuck comparable to windows me. At least Vista actually worked if you had the hardware. Windows 8 is Microsoft showing everyone just how good apples os is.
They tried to do their classic trick where windows should be the platform that fed new applications to their piss poor selling windows phone and non excitant tablet market.
I prefer pc and windows over mac, but with Microsoft doing so much wrong I might as well get a imac to run chrome on.

While i really liked the look of Windows 8 i felt like taking a giant step backwards in terms of usability.
One of the best things about my Amiga was the multitasking, when microsoft finally made Multitasking “painless” with Windows XP (and enough ram) it was a step forward for windows.
Running Metro apps in WIndows 8 was a giant step backwards, if they were so hell bent on getting Metro on “everything” why not persuade us with a User Interface that added other value than looks. I felt stupid running a Tablet OS on a powerful PC with “one” app running at a time. And if i wanted to use my desktop i was obstructed by Microsoft forcing Metro on me again.. sigh
While i could live with Windows 8 i simply went back to Windows 7, however i have seen Windows 8 in full action with non super users, just people that was used to Windows XP and 7. They are fumbling around like headless chickens and it’s so obvious that the UI is a disaster and non intuitive. Next round i am buying them Macbooks.

Tell us about the writing on the wall?
A:
WII U is going to fail? in what way, sell less than the WII or the PS4/XBOX 720?
B:
Have less 3rd party games?
C:
Bad games?
Or is it going to be the only console where you can play 1st party Nintendo games in HiDef for the first time ever?
See, i have no problem getting all the games i want, except those Nintendo games, plug in waverace or Mario Kart on a N64 and you immediately understand and appreciate the Nintendo way of creating games. These games can’t be bought anyway else, and if people will buy a XBOX to play Halo, why shouldn’t people buy a WII U to play Nintendo games? I personally doubt that WII U will be anywhere close to the WII succes and i would expect the new machines from Sony and MS to outgun and outnumber the WII U, but i expect the WII U to slowly build a solid base for all the Nintendo games that a bound to be released. And i will be getting one when the first price drops comes around the corner :)

They almost have $11 billion in reserve, so please go away with your ideas about them quitting the hardware business and Nintendo is needed more than ever.
