The only issue is if you DONT have the app’s install on the other device due to (just not having them installed or compatibility across Win8/RT) But I also would love it too.
You relax and go venture out into the woods like normal people do while in the wilderness and enjoy nature. hah :) .. I think you will have no problems playing this console offline.
