If by “far from criminal” you mean “actually a crime in virtually any jurisdiction,” then yes.

Well, I do find myself using my WP7 a lot less than I used my iPhone, but that’s mostly because there’s nothing to do on my WP7. I wait until I’m at my iPad or a real computer, both of which have way less friction.
