Denial is ugly trait in anyone but when Josh denies Android’s short comings with regards to user experience it becomes a bigger problem because people listen to him. In reality Android is one, perhaps even two versions away in terms of effort from being where it needs to be with regards to user experience.

As others have said, what it really boils down to is this: if he lied about that, what else has he or will he lie about in future?

Colour me impressed by camera app’s memory and keyboard’s ‘swipe up to add word’ functionality.

I like its simplicity.

Rubbish. I’ve just bought a HTC One X and it lags when scrolling, transitioning between home screens, bringing up the menu etc.

No, it doesn’t do it all of the time but it makes me wonder – how can you reach version 4 of a mobile operating system and still fail in your implementation of core aspects of the user experience, eg scrolling?

This really highlights how clueless Google is when it comes to design. They’ve been better lately mind.

Snooze you lose. I was going to buy this but the HTC One X came out and I bought that instead.
