I’m kind of chuckling at the shutting down of Guantanamo. It won’t happen. He’s promised it twice, and the Army has already requested half a billion dollars to upgrade the facilities.
Has anyone been watching to see if anything was happening in Congress or Senate today? The last time something came up, Monsanto became a protected federal treasure.

Same. And I still have tons of HD DVDs. I can’t get rid of them, though. The only one I could probably sell for a good price is my German import steelbook of Terminator 2.

I highly doubt an iOS app would be developed, although you can use the web interface to use it. So, essentially, if you are in the complete iSpectrum (iPhone, iPad, iMac, etc), this service would be useful to you. Apple has iTunes, so I’m sure they’re working on their own alternative for iOS devices.

Not really. The service is $9.99 a month. If you get in before the trial period expires in June, though, you get a year for $7.99 a month.
With Spotify, I got 6 months of Premium for free. Granted, it was through this GM promotion, which made a mistake on the amount of time you won (I believe it was supposed to be 60 days).
That being said, and as a subscriber of Spotify since it first hit the US, I made the switch and I absolutely love All Access.

I actually expect that they will rollout an app for BlackBerry. I wouldn’t hold my breath for WP, though.

I’m currently testing it. I cancelled my Spotify Premium back down to a free account and trying All Access for a month. So far, I’m really, really digging it.

Well, some of my friends who lead a sort of utilitarian ideal when it comes to cell phones call smartphones “space phones”.
I, for one, have no problem with “space phones” being the new term.

I hear Michael Bay is working on the script as we speak. He’s just picking out spots to place in well-timed explosions.

If they want those extra government subsidies, then they must. Farms get hundreds of thousands of dollars, upwards to millions, of dollars for planting what the government wants them to.

Well, thank Obama for passing the Monsanto Protection Act. He’s already allowed the path to such things be paved.

I think it shouldn’t be illegal. If the defendant signed a specific contract/agreement with the landlord (which, of course the tenant must have), and didn’t break the contract/agreement then I don’t see why there should even be a case against the tenant.

Wrong. The Militia Act took that away. So the Executive Branch is allowed to order state-run “militias”.

Oh, I agree. But the “militia” bit in the article does add more than just gun ownership, which is nice, and I would think that some of my friends, who were sergeants in the Army, would want to help lead the charge where I live.

I understand that it should not be infringed. I merely stating that the Militia Act actually gets rid of the actual “Militia” (as it was previously defined and defines as how the government wants a militia to be defined. Which just nullifies it even being a militia.
I understand it perfectly fine. I’m just tossing out the militia act for some extended bit of knowledge, as I have seen it used in these arguements before.
I have my own weapons ready if they are ever needed for such an occasion.

No evil is necessary.
How many, out of the 330,000,000+/- people in the USA, have been harmed or have died in a fire or because a cop showed up 20 minutes too late? Probably around than .00045 percent or less? So if they had or had not paid their taxes, it’s entirely their fault for dying? I get you, I guess.
The city, here, contracts companies to clear the roads. The DMV is full of schmucks (at least, here, it is).
Why should we have to do our part if the government won’t do ITS part and be responsible with what it has? I find it as involuntary theft. If we had a fair, across-the-board consumption tax, I would be for that. But what we have now is just ridiculous.
My state, Alabama, did not pass a budget as the law demands, so they took the money it needed from the state’s rainy day fund. That should not have happened and is entirely their fault for it occurring. It’s like when Clinton took Social Security and tossed it into the general fund, which fudged SS all up.
Responsibility is not ours alone, so don’t blame the public alone.
