You can already spoof your UA in IE 10.
Windows 8 / RT syncs your favourites. Rumoured to becoming to WP8 for the Blue Update.
Doesn’t have Speed Dial, but does keep a grid of 10 most frequent sites (you can manually delete a site and the next frequent will appear).
Windows 8 / RT with Microsoft Account stores all your passwords if you wish. Great so I don’t have to enter passwords on my Surface RT that I already entered on my desktop.

At the end of the day consumers have a choice. Not only about Xbox One or PS4 but about the games they buy. If Game A doesn’t provide for offline single player with reasonable online check-ins, then consumers can decide not to buy that game. And I hope they don’t. It appears both Microsoft and Sony are giving people that choice.
I don’t have a problem with piracy controls. As long as they are fair to users. Users shouldn’t be required to be online 24/7 and users should be able to turn on and off cloud assisted benefits. Yes a little bit more work for developers, but I’d rather have a slightly uglier game when I’m without internet then no game at all.

Ya except a cheap laptop is what two cores and the Xbox is eight cores. Not to mention different graphics and other engines.

Obviously Android is easier to market with most apps existing on the platform. HTC just has to convince people to use their hardware. Nokia has to convince people to use their hardware and Microsoft’s software. You can’t really compare except to say that HTC really needs to get its house in order when Nokia is outselling them. HTC should easily be able to outsell them since as the pundits on here always claim that Nokia would recover instantly if they went with Android.

You’ll probably just have to sign in with your Live ID to install/play. They made it easier to do this on the 360 a while back, the signing in anywhere and having games save go with you.

How much you have sex you have does not equal how many partners you have. For example, you could have be married and sleep together once a week at 52x a year. Or you could have a lonely iPhone user sleep around with 10 people 1x that year. 52x > 10×.

You only have to pay taxes to 50 states. The requirements of the bill include state modernization which includes paying once to the state and not every county. In addition the state must provide free software. I assume the software will keep track of the tax and then it will be up to the state treasury to send the tax further to the appropriate tax authorities inside that state.

As already mentioned. A corporation can take advantage of the government. For example they can call the police and have theft investigated. Or they use the Interstate to transport goods. Also of note is that the tax is on profits, not income or sales.
In addition, if they raise prices by $.50, it won’t really be noticed by consumers. Where as the burden would be much higher if only humans paid taxes. (Which is where this hogwash is probably directed, to indirectly force lower taxes). I guess I would be fine with it if corporations, unlike people, had to reimburse for every police call, every mile used on the interstate etc… Though small business would never be able to start, as they pay no taxes until they post profit. Yet benefit from government including a lot of small business grants.

Except that incentive already exists without taxes. Think regulation. Or government investments. You have to think why companies like GE that pay no taxes still lobby.
I also think it is funny that if a US Citizen writes and publishes a book in France, that he needs to file and pay US taxes on any income. But companies don’t.
