That’s my biggest problem with him.

My problem is with the FOSS name…
If he was really a FOSS guy, he would be very against APIs SSO copyrightability

Well, the 11.000 pages of documentation was found not infringing Oracle’s Copyright, so it is only the 400 classes declarations (not the actual implementation) and the 4500 method declarations (again not the actual implementation)…
Now, lets see how many classes and methods are original to Android, and you will get a ‘minuscule’ “copying”

It cannot just change APIs without breaking compatibility with old Apps.
