I don’t care it He is biases, if he receives from Oracle and MS.

My problem is with the FOSS name…

If he was really a FOSS guy, he would be very against APIs SSO copyrightability

We all just interviewed juror, who said jury was split 9-3 for google on copyright fair use. Um, wow.

I hope so… And the Jury on Fair use was 9-3 pro google… Not a pro oracle jury as mr Florian was talking…

Well, the 11.000 pages of documentation was found not infringing Oracle’s Copyright, so it is only the 400 classes declarations (not the actual implementation) and the 4500 method declarations (again not the actual implementation)…

Now, lets see how many classes and methods are original to Android, and you will get a ‘minuscule’ “copying”
