They aren’t addressing the key issues. It’s not marketing IMHO.

1) The science on interpreting results isn’t clear. One service will say a gene causes X, while another says it may cause Y.

2) The Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008 only protects you from discrimination from health insurers and employers. But, the act did not address other areas such as life insurance.

As a non-gamer, the Wii U is the most confusing device I have ever seen. I went out of my way to read about it and it still makes no sense how it works and is used. I am not surprised it’s tanking, as the non-gamers are their main driver.
