I have a feeling that Google Glass will end up being the Heelys of the tech world. They’re going to be banned so much in public spaces that they will go out of existence.
How much longer are they going to milk this? How much longer can they milk this? Makes me think that Rovio is setting itself up for a hard crash if it doesn’t come up with something new soon.
I think many of the naysayers are being a bit shortsighted. I think that the idea for this technology looks very promising. I would love to have a phone that I could unfold into a much larger tablet if I needed it.
Does the Verge need to cover this? Apparently the primary motivation behind the pranks is the media attention that they bring, so posting articles about SWATing incidents only encourages the pranksters.
