Every WP7 device can be updated to 7.5, they just have to apply it if they’ve been lazy and not done it before this point.

they wouldn’t do it because they don’t control the updates for these devices. Microsoft can do it when 100% of devices can be updated and are controlled by Microsoft directly.

Although it’d be awesome, I don’t think it’d actually prevent the phone from getting yanked off a table the way that the MagSafe adapter on a laptop helps. The phone is too light, the connector would have to have an extremely weak magnet.

Well obviously it’s not the OS, but its an extremely integral part of a mobile OS, and as I said when it can’t be changed hardly at all, it becomes even more important.
