I didn’t get it. what is the point of this phone? When bootloader unlocking is available you will be able to put CM10.1 or anyother CM based rom on your $200 carrier subsidized S4 to make it a nexus phone. Why pay this much money?

If you are one of those prepaid customers than you can’t tap into AT&Ts LTE because they don’t offer it to prepaid customers. For them Nexus 4 makes the most sense. This is just an over prized experiment by google just like Chrome Pixel Book laptop or whatever its name.
