YES!!! Microsoft should create a whole line of Surface computers – tablet (surface RT) ultrabook/tablet (Surface Pro) laptop & desktop all in one!!! Amazing specs and amazing quality! I am looking at getting a new computer soon and am sticking with Windows 8 but am extremely jealous at the build quality of apple’s iMacs and Mac Books.

This isn’t really an operating system tip – more of a hardware tip. I have Windows 8 running on a laptop (HP dv7 from 2009). It is my primary computer and acts more like a desktop, which means no touch screen and a track pad the size of a pack of gum. Navigating around Windows 8 was admittedly a pain at first, but then I purchased the Microsoft Touch Mouse. Now getting around my laptop with a mouse truly is a lot easier.
If you use a mouse with Windows 8, I highly recommend using a touch mouse!
