The worst that the American government can do with your 23andMe information (not your DNA, they wouldn’t get a hold of that) is see your genetic ancestry and if you blush red when you drink.

That doesn’t solve the problem of Netflix being unavailable in certain countries, it just circumvents it.

So what you’re saying is that if humans only half existed then we’d be neutral. I feel not bad but not good about that.

I like how they have a toggle now so I can easily go to theirs site and swap back to Canada if the US library is missing something.

Culture has not spoken on the pronunciation, as evidenced by the heated debate that crops up so readily whenever someone says it one way or another. And frankly they chose a fine acronym given what it is.
If everyone called Gob Gob-with-a-hard-G (like the band) and he insisted you call him Gob-with-a-soft-G would you tell him he’s wrong and tell him he should accept his new name?

No, to say they’re both acceptable means it’s fine and that people get what you’re saying but it’s not how it’s pronounced. Saying “y’all” instead of “you all” is acceptable, but not correct English. That is how language works. Literally.

It really is unfair and I don’t get why people insist on talking in general about large groups of people. Never does anyone say “certain Tumblr users” it’s always “Tumblr users”, it’s always “feminists” and not pointing out specific subset.

As an extension of that, why are you still using the Internet? You should be busy lobbying your ISP to censor the darker parts of the Internet, not supporting them.
