Why wouldn’t it work? The One is doing HDMI pass through, so instead of the cable going from your TiVo to your tele, you just pass it through the One. Whatever you’ve got.. a TiVo, a cable box.. this is just a layer on top of it.

How janky it will be to setup and control it is another question. Que the violins and a sad story about IR blasters.
