Awesome. How many times did they use that? I know they said it when they discovered the phrase, but I only remember hearing it once after that…and that was even a few episodes later.
I think he’s basically saying that there’s no continuity between each episode like it would be in prior seasons. You watch one episode and you expect for that story to continue and then they throw something completely different at you.
There’s a core conflict running through the whole season, but it’s perpetually shifting and confusing, and I found myself constantly having to pause the show to remember why Michael ended up in this restaurant, or why he’s pretending he doesn’t know Lindsay.
Season 4 is kind of a confused mess
Pretty much my thoughts about the season. The finale didn’t even feel like a finale. The season had some funny parts, but overall it was just confusing.
This season just doesn’t flow for me. I kinda hate how everyone is getting their own storyline and then they eventually meet up. I hope someone lists the episodes in a more coherent order.
