Low-light photography means better nighttime and indoor photos. A better phone camera is a HUGE factor for a large portion of the world: people with kids. We already have to carry around so much crap that extra devices for photos is a pain. Also, with kids, great moments are sporadic and short-lived so quickly accessible but with great quality is a huge plus for parents/grandparents.
