I absolutely do not understand everyone’s fascination with these movies.

Yeah, I’m not sure where you’re getting “disaster” from. We gave the GS4 an 8.0. It’s a very good phone, clearly.

Yeah, rumors have been going around since Scott Forstall left, but Mark Gurman at 9to5 both has more details and also has an excellent track record. This is a lot different than the many fanboy mock-ups seen in countless Apple forums.

Not sure how you missed it. Maybe you should slow down and read. I call out the publication, and its author, in the first paragraph of the story.

Not sure what the hell you’re talking about. We didn’t make this up, we’re reporting on someone else’s story — someone who has a pretty great track record with Apple-related scoops. Like it or not, this is news.

Yeah, a big part of the “problem” / lack of tech news was just due to the fact that April was an extremely slow news month. I think May has been quite a bit different and we’ve had tons of tech coverage to match our other areas. Expect that to continue — the tech news cycle shows no signs of slowing down right now.

Sigh. So much for the HTC One. Pretty much the nail in the coffin for me and Verizon, since they have no phones I actually want to buy.

As I just said — it’s not about the realism, it’s about the interplay or improvisation between comedic actors. TV actors generally play off each other a lot more than actors in big green-screen movies. I can’t think of any other sitcom shot like this. The AD crew are good actors, so hopefully it won’t be an issue… but it could suck some of the life out of some scenes.

Not from a technical standpoint so much as a comedy / timing standpoint. Sitcoms and epic fantasy movies are two completely different animals.
