I’m guessing that it’ll be 4.3 by the time it’s available, which has a new camera app. Hard to say if the new app will have new/better features though… hopefully at least burst mode.
Ratings are made relative to the category they’re in. Macbook Air probably has a decent screen compared to netbooks and ultrabooks in the same price bracket.
GS4 needs a longer exposure to capture enough light and doesn’t have stabilization. Yes, you might get a half-decent picture if you take a dozen but HTC One will be consistently more reliable as well as being able to focus faster and more accurately under any lighting condition but especially in the dark.
A15 is considerably faster but if benchmarks can be trusted Tegra 4 and even the cut-back Tegra 4i will have a much, much faster GPU than current SoCs.
