Having kicked its wheels, the only thing of any import in Facebook Home is Chatheads, which I think are genuinely brilliant. I’ve currently turned off everything else (lockscreen, launcher), but I still have chatheads running on my normal launcher (Apex).
You’d think that they might get in the way, but the ease with which you can fling them about means that they are super easy to move and never become an encumbrance. I just hope that someone makes something similar which is service agnostic, ie works with facebook, twitter, g+ etc. I’d buy that for a dollar (or even several).
