I should note, the glowing notification circle below the screen on the Galaxy Nexus and the sliding away of notifications in Android 4.0 both remind me of very good times with my Pre+

I was an ardent supporter of webOS and used a Pre Plus on Verizon, and I ended up using one of the upgrades on our family plan to go to a Droid Incredible 2. I am now on a Galaxy Nexus, and I would install Open webOS on it in a heartbeat, as long as a dual-boot was available. I left because it was getting painfully slow, even overclocked to 1GHz, and while there were apps that filled my needs, the quality was well below what I have found on Android. It took a long time to get used to pressing “back” instead of swiping along the bottom though :(

I was going to point that out myself. Regardless, for a phone releasing in 2012 from a manufacturer like HTC, its still very low.
