I installed 13.04 yesterday. I like how it looks, the settings menu is easier, but it feels slower than 12.04. I’m also having problems during shutdown, this text appears on the screen:
acpid: exiting
speech-dispatcher disabled; edit /etc/default/speech-dispatcher
after that is just hangs there and nothing happens.
I’m using a Dell Inspiron 5520.

My first and only iPod. I bought it 4 years ago, after the 5th generation Nano was released, but I liked this more and still do. I use it almost every day!
