As someone recently moved from the UK to the US – and having lived in many countries previously, I’d say nowhere comes close to how fucked the telecoms network is here.

Americans often don’t realise how utterly disastrously damaging the corporate government lobbying culture is, and don’t seem to want to change it for the better. Of course there’s a vocal minority, but it’s just that – a vocal minority.

I won’t be here forever, especially if I don’t get FIOS for all the porn the wife and I download.
