It’s called a “step”.
And, how is iOS easier to “learn” than WinRT ?
Is “double tapping” to show the list of open apps really simpler than swipping from the left side ?

I hope the low sales of the Yoga 11 won’t prevent Lenovo to keep pushing the Yoga brand. A Yoga 11 with the new atom will be nice.

Because you think Google change the kernel of Android every week ?
When JB has been annouced (June 2012) it was based on the kernel 3.0.31, whereas the kernel 3.4 was already published.

It’s not backward compatibility then. Just look at how the bc worked on the 360 : the games were rendered at 480p. Only Halo 1 and 2 were “rewritten” to be played in 720p.
You can’t modify your rendrer like that. Even more if MS would have put the Xenon of the 360 inside the XB1 : it would have just behave exactly the same than on the 360.
And i’m not sure that the xb1 have the power to properly “emulate” a 360.

You think that because of the way the emulation seemed to work in the last decades. Put this “raw power of X is enough to emulate Y” don’t work anymore.
It made sense when the single cores rules : the evolution in power was linear. But now, with the new consoles (since the xbox 360) using cores and cores, it dosen’t work anymore. Two 1.5ghz cores doesn’t behave the same way than a 3.0ghz one.

Not at all. It’s just that i find the Nintendo’s iterations a little boring.
The only Nintendo games that i play are mario kart and SSB. And i don’t see the need of upgrading to the Wii U for them. The n64 set the basics for the line up of Nintendo and nothing seems to have really improved “fun wise”.
So i want to play some “fun game on a couch with buddies”, i just need a Wii (or a GameCube). I’m even seriously considering getting an old n64 and 4 pads :D

So buy a Wii and a PS4/xbox whatever.
It’s not like Mario Kart 9 really needs a Wii U to be fun…

What i don’t understand is : why take the stick disposition of a ps3 pad, if they want it to be compatible with pc games (wich are based on the 360 disposition) ?
