Usually people that don’t work want others to pay more. I’d pay slightly more if it went to something good, not other people’s pensions or inflated wages.
I love this teacher where I live with the signs in her yard that say “more money for schools” meanwhile she has the biggest damn house on the block and goes on at least 2 vacations a year.
