what he’s referring to, is naming it as far as it relates to legislation. Even though your phone can do all the things it does, it is still considered just a phone as far as congress is concerned. This blatant conservative bashing when it is undeserved is saddening. Newt is trying to make a point, and people are taking it as if he doesn’t understand what a smart phone is.
