It’s been soft G forever. The only one’s who’ve called it with a hard G are new to the internet and think they know what’s what.
There used to be a GIF app called GIFFY as well that hammered the soft G home with me, since I used it to create animated GIFs from the movie Scream for my Geocities fan site.
They complain about anonymously targeted ads that serve relevant ads, but still maintain Facebook and Google accounts. Either people are dumb, or think that removing cross-site cookies will remove ads and not just give them even more terrible ads because they’re not targeted.
