I have an iPad and I never use the notification center. Literally! On the other hand when I see a number in a live tile of my 920 I always go check what’s new there. I’ve 31 apps pinned to my start screen. 24 of them have the smaller side and the rest medium size, no big ones, so the list is fairly short in size to scroll through it. Phone, Messages, Whatsapp, Me, E-mail, Windows Store, Calendar and Facebook are all right there in front of my eyes when I unlock my phone. Those are all the apps that I need notifications. I really can’t see how a notification center would make my experience better. I’m ok if it comes to WP8.1 but I certainly don’t need it.

Of course you didn’t see a new Lumia flagship! 920 was just released 6 months ago!!! True flagship will come by the end of the year, just like every other company, 1 flagship every year! What’s so surprising about this?

I like those 11" tablets that can be used with an attachable keyboard. Like the ATIV Smart PC (if only it wasn’t made with such cheap and buggy hardware).
And yes, I don’t need something so powerful as for hardcore games, etc… Just Office tasks and torrents can be easily achieved with Bay Trail.

Yes, when I talk about Bay Trail W8 tablet I’m thinking about 11". I’ll not watch my movies on it, I’ll probably connect it to my TV via HDMI.
The phablet could work for me, but I find that having 2 separate devices is also an advantage because you can have access to a different ecosystem with both (WP8 and iOS).

You should have learnt to have low expectations for events during this time of the year. The true successor will only be announced when Windows Phone 8.1 is ready and that’s going to be by the end of the year.
If you were looking for a 41mp phone, you will also have to wait. I don’t think Nokia will want to make a Lumia with such a big camera bump. They are probably looking for solutions to make such a good camera a bit smaller and that will take time of course. Also I’m not sure if WP8 right now is ready to support a camera that will need a lot of processing power! The software will need extra optimisation and functionality for that, I’m sure!

If it’s going to be like Google Now for iOS I’ll pass it. That thing is also supposed to learn with usage and give me cards about stuff that I could need to know but in fact it only gives me a weather card, that most of the times isn’t accurate!!! Oh, after 2 days of use it gave me a card which had the best way to drive to work, but guess what, I don’t drive to work! I use public transports and I “told” Google Now that, but since then it has failed to show me cards showing public transports info. One time it also showed me cards with restaurants around me, but I wasn’t really looking for a restaurant…

You should pay more attention to the world around you. This is the project that is currently under construction.

Yes it is possible but it sucks. I use it on Penultimate app and it never works. This is one of the things I miss from my Windows 8 tablet.

Honestly I don’t understand what does that have to do with having a UI that allows great usability in both portrait and landscape.

We are going to have a problem here because 7-8" tablets should be able to fit in one hand, which means portrait orientation. Now, Windows 8 start screen can rotate to portrait but most of the existing apps are designed for landscape only… Microsoft should have thought about this. Why did they create an OS thinking about landscape only instead of preparing it for both landscape and portrait? Don’t tell me that the design of metro is meant to be used in landscape because my Windows Phone 8 is used in portrait and works just fine.
