Yeah, it’s odd that a large amount of volume is being pushed with little-to-no news. Anyway, other than the positive fact that AMD designed the GPU for the Nintendo Wii U, the APU in the PlayStation 4, and most likely the APU in the new Xbox (as you already mentioned), it debuted two new FX microprocessors today and adjusted the pricing structure for several processors. It seems like investors are jumping at any reason to convey some sort of upside on AMD. Maybe a good amount of contracts expired yesterday, haha.
