Onstage at its big PlayStation 4 announcement in February, PS4 lead system architect Mark Cerny said that players would only have to download “just a fraction” of a game’s content before starting to play, so it’s clearly in a different league from what we’ll see with The Last of Us.
WRONG!
50 percent of the content is a fraction, it’s 1/2 :-)

I know this, but the outcome for the international consumer is the same. It doesn’t matter that you can identify which one is responsible. It’s not like you could change it giving your vote or money to the “innocent” party.

Anaemic data caps? This are my WhatsApp statistics for the past two years:
Messages sent: 15390
Messages received: 19545
Message bytes sent: 16.7 MB
Message bytes received: 18.2 MB
There you have it, 34.9 MB in two years and 34935 messages. Who needs to worry about data caps with those figures????

Being linked with a mobile number and not a user name is precisely the main advantage point of those apps and the reason that they are displacing the use of sms in many countries.

Europe isn’t a homogeneous market. In Spain carriers have started including great quantities (even unlimited) of sms in their contracts only after realising that many people are buying smartphones (more than 90% Android) in order to use apps like WhatsApp and Line. Too little, too late.
