I easily can on a 306ppi GS3, and I JUST can on an S4. I think the real human level of sight would be around 500.

I like the AOSP one a lot, but the stock samsung one is actually just as good, if not better. Works insanely good on the S4 for me. really didn’t expect it, but it does…

lol google reader flopped. sure. there’s a difference between being super popular and then slowly declining after 8 years and “flopped”. And google wallet hasn’t even started yet. Something can’t flop if it’s not even available to 5% of the public.

I chose the (unlocked) S4 because of: the SD card slot, which I filled with 60gb for $50 on amazon, the bigger screen in the smaller body, the better (yes, stop arguing about it) camera, the battery, which is better to begin with, and can, like the sd card, be upgraded to beast mode with something like a zerolemon 7000mah monster for just 30 dollars, the home and power buttons, which, unlike the one, are in the correct positions, and the fact that for me here in India, it costed less ($745 vs $770).

That said, the One is going to be released here this week, and I bought my S4 here 23 days ago. So HTC really fucked it up with the release…

Anyway – the S4 is underrated. The main reason for that is too many people are judging it (especially here on the verge forums) literally on face value and nothing else, furthermore, without using it for more than a minute or two, and certainly without owning one.

Remember that SD card though. $50 more dollars will get you from 8.8 to 67gb. Can’t do that with the One…

I loved my sensation. I chose it over the S2, because i thought it looked nicer. Looking back, the S2 was the better phone, but I still really loved the Sensation. I did jump ship when I chose the S3 over the One X (battery, SD, roms), and the S4 over the One for the same reasons. That said, I’m very very very excited for HTC’s 2014 phone.

My main complaint about the Galaxy Nexus and the 4 has always been that that giant bezel on the bottom could have been put to use by having capacative buttons like the htc one x or something, but instead, they are just left wasted space, and take a chunk out of your 4.7 inch screen space. I would rather have a capacative home button than a physical one, but ill take the samsung layout over on screen any day – until the day finally arrives that there is a phone with nothing below the screen, which would be heaven, pretty much.

Don’t think rooting is some giant complicated process. Just watch any 5 minute YouTube tutorial and you’ll be done. If I can do it, you sure as hell can.
