It’s not skipping? It’s hopping? The 2 thing’s are very different, once Fox realise this they’ll drop the case.

As a developer and a CS student, this article is exactly how not to write a preview. It’s like a Stuff or T3 magazine piece, essentially just a list of features elegantly (in places) worded from someone who clearly has no actual development experience; you’re an editor with a journalism degree, not a Software Engineer. Coda 2 and Diet Coda are not consumer apps, they’re for an extremely specialised market. Coda 2 is a great upgrade, but there are flaws. CSS editing actually take’s more clicks now when making changes to existing style sheets, the syntax prediction isn’t as greatly improved as they’re claiming it to be, and the MySQL functionality is fairly trivial. It’s a great upgrade, but with all major releases their comes downsides or areas that need to receive more treatment in the future, the fact you haven’t highlighted any of these, other than the obvious like Diet Coda’s FTP requirement, show’s that you’re not fit to give an accurate preview of the product. Why couldn’t you of got one of Vox’s developers to write it?
