It’s actually not in house. A dev studio in Chicago, I believe, is responsible for it.

We still need to be able to run more than one Metry style app when using multiple monitors. I understand there are limitations with current API or some other technical reason, but Microsoft needs to make it happen.

I may be all for Windows Phone and Microsoft, but competition is key to a healthy marketplace and I wish BB10 luck!
