I’d take a slight performance hit for double the battery life anyday. I’m a Windows man for desktops but in the laptop game, I don’t think I’d buy from anyone else. OS X is a great OS (maybe not so much Lion) and MacBook’s are just all round better than Windows laptops. I also find it easy to switch between both OS’.
I see your point but I for one think they did a great job. It looks fantastic. Regarding your point about what they’ve been doing for the last 5+ years, they’ve done a hell of a lot.
The reason they didn’t bundle the Eye is because it is not necessary to have it to use the PS4, the Xbox is.
I see your problem. I built a gaming rig last August and I love it. I have a 660 Ti with a i5 3570K and 16GB of RAM, but I’ve also got a PS3 since July 2010. I plan on buying the PS4 because all of my friends play on PlayStation. It’s a tough choice.
Even if you end up not doing much gaming on your PC, it’ll be brilliant for years to come. If you built your gaming PC, then you will be able to upgrade it without having to shell out for a whole new one. In my opinion, buy a PS4 or Xbox One and if you do more gaming on your PC, then just upgrade it a bit more.
It’s very unfair that they are only making it available in the US at launch. It really pisses me off. The Nexus 4 has been out since November and its still not available here in Ireland, along with any other Nexus devices. If they’re trying to phase out the different skins, they should make the ‘Google Edition’ phones available everywhere.
