I find it very interesting that Samsung obviously put the focus on setting itself apart with software rather than hardware features. And like everyone I am skeptical that Samsumg will actually pull off this software differentiation, especially since most of it seems very gimmicky (can’t wait for the Siri vs S-Voice reviews, probably will be brutal…).
Nice for HTC (and thus, the Android eco-system as a whole) that they now have a real shot at a comeback (I noticed that a lot of Dutch carriers now advertise offerings with a One X, so they have at least a chance a lot of phones in the field in the coming month). They had a failed software renaissance last year, and now seem to be on a mostly hardware+good camera app and some bling track.

None of that really matters to me, my major issue is still the focus on all these large beasts of phones. Still love my Desire (no suffix), except that that is already so big. HTC now has the One V, but it is meant as a budget option.

I’m pretty sure they can mime it. There were mimes before the internet right? Just mime something that is huge and you press against your ear, that should give Paul the idea of what was announced.

What are the rules for something like air travel? He can’t book tickets online himself, or get people around him to do it, or use a travel agent if the agent wou,d use the internet, do I understand the rules correctly?
I tried to think a bit about implications, certain bills I only get by email, Paul should go through his old messages and ensure that there is nothing he has to pay that he only gets info on through email.
