iMessage is seamless. You don’t have to think about it. I use it without caring about it—for the people who have iMessage in my phone I also communicate with them on my iMac when I don’t feel like grabbing my phone.

As a blogger, I can confirm that you’re out of your mind. Blogger is THE WORST alternative.

Swype is gimicky at best. At least 40% of the time it guesses the word I want wrong, and isn’t more accurate than a regular touch keyboard or any faster.

You have never had to hold alt. alt stays active after being pressed so you press alt and click the key you need, you only need to hold it of you want to get multiple characters, but even then you can lock alt and type as many as you need and unlock it by pressing alt again. I can’t remember the exact key combo for this but it wasn’t hard.

Not a complete idiot. The tablet market is still growing because not everyone has one but lots of people still want one. Once everyone gets one the demand will go down, people who bought one but don’t like it won’t buy more, people who bought one and like it won’t necessarily upgrade for years and the people who upgrade yearly are few and far between.
